FounderMr. John Parashos is the founder of Paramount Estates.

A Greek American man born in Piraeus Athens Greece April 16, 1961. He came into the U.S. State of New Jersey in the year of 1985 and started his first construction company I.P. ENTERPRISES INC. there in 1988. Ten years later, I.P. ENTERPRISES INC. was sold. In the year 2005, he founded a new company, the PARAMOUNT ESTATES.

And that’s how PARAMOUNT ESTATES was born.

Mr. Parashos has obtained certifications and is highly experienced in the construction industry which enables him to better serve his clients.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree as Electrician obtained in 1977. He completed a four-year college in Athens, Greece, in electrical engineering (concentration in electrical applications for residential/commercial buildings).

He has a four-year training as a Third Engineer for International Merchant Marines on BullMeister and Bergen diesel Engines in Tokyo, Japan.
He is also a Master Carpenter. He built his first kitchen cabinet at the age of thirteen while working for a cabinet making company full time in Athens, Greece and attending evening school. He also possesses Certification in Oxygen and Arc Welding, and Plumbing.

He also has Security Industry Certifications by ADT & Security Link in Fire Systems, Burglar Systems and CCTV IP Surveillance Systems.

Also, he is a member of National Fire Protection Association. Membership obtained in the Year of 1990 # A26143750000

A Registered New Home Builder in the state of N.J. Registration obtained in the Year of 1992 # 20461

DUN & BRADSTREET Account Collections Management Certification obtained November 19th, 1999.

OSHA 30 Certified
